Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your return request and inspect the issue, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kattlelu888@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
